Incentive programme bursting with surprises

Rewarding top achievers
Rewarding top achievers

The rapidly-growing company has over 1,000 chemist supermarkets in Poland, with approximately 150 new stores opening every year. Part of their success is due to the employees who are constantly encouraged to perform better.

Rewarding top achievers

This year, the sales people in Warsaw who reached their annual targets participated in the ‘Top Achiever Campaign’ and the 30 winners were awarded with the Malta Incentive Trip. The feedback was that it was the best incentive they ever organised. The 30 achievers went back fully-charged to ensure their inclusion in the next trip and motivated their colleagues to do the same.

The selected group were treated as winners as soon as they landed in Malta: They were greeted at the airport by stretch limousines and treated to champagne during their first transfer to the harbour. There, an exclusive wooden gullet awaited them and the hotel check-in procedure was done on board, so the guests went straight to their rooms once the boat berthed at the hotel jetty.

On Day 2 they were taken to the Capital City, Valletta by the traditional buses formerly used as public transport, which are still symbolic to the island. The evening transfer was done in vintage Mini Minors which are immaculately-kept by avid Maltese Mini enthusiasts. Sunset cocktails created by our mixologist flowed and delicious bites were served to the funky sounds of the live band and the soothing ripple of the waves gently crashing against the shore.

Day 3 was full of action: Directly from the hotel in Malta, speedboats swiftly skimmed across the north-east coast all the way up to Gozo. Self-drive jeeps with a bespoke riddle book in Polish were their tools to discover the island in a fun and active manner which led them to the lunch venue, set up just for them, in a wild spot in Gozo’s natural landscape. On the way back from Gozo, divers interrupted their speedboat trip with chilled champagne which they served to the guests.

An elegant closing

The trip came to a close with an elegant dinner in Mdina: A collection of classic limousines, ranging from Daimler, Rolls Royce, Beauford and Princess transferred them to the former capital city where they were guided onto the most beautiful terrace in Mdina for their last night under the stars.
