We recently had the privilege of being invited by the team at Hyatt Regency to tour their esteemed property located in St. Julian’s. The Sales Manager, Ms. Marielou Camilleri, extended a warm welcome and personally guided us through the premises.
The Hyatt Regency is uniquely positioned on the site of an Augustinian priory dating back to the late 1920s. Despite being located in the bustling city of St. Julian’s, the property offers a serene retreat, striking a perfect balance between urban convenience and a tranquil atmosphere. The hotel’s design is a blend of elegance and modernity, boasting 151 rooms and suites. Each room is thoughtfully designed with elements and hues that pay homage to the stunning beauty of Malta. The property’s prime location allows for easy access to numerous attractions in St. Julian’s, including St. George’s Bay, as well as a variety of restaurants and bars.
In terms of event spaces, the hotel offers eight versatile venues, most of which are bathed in natural light. These spaces can comfortably accommodate up to 200 individuals, making them ideal for a range of events.
Our tour concluded with a delightful lunch at Seed, the hotel’s award-winning restaurant. Overlooking the Santa Rita priory, Seed offers a unique interpretation of Mediterranean cuisine in a sophisticated setting. The restaurant prides itself on its diverse selection of dishes, meticulously crafted by an award-winning team using the finest local produce and herbs sourced from the hotel’s own garden.
